Founded in 2014
rt Personal GmbH was founded in 2014 by the current Managing Director Sebastian Trotter.
As a successful business economist with many years of professional experience in the personnel services industry, Sebastian Trotter has been setting the course for a successful day-to-day business since the company was founded.
Teamwork comes first
Four locations, eight employees, one goal - to offer new perspectives. To this end, we also recruit skilled workers and trainees from other European countries, thus offering people and companies opportunities and possibilities that would not have arisen in this way. We have been a training company ourselves since 2015 and are thus making our own contribution to combating the shortage of skilled workers. We see ourselves as a link between people and companies in the labor market.
